TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT YOU WILL NEED:
- Standing mixer (hand held also works, but standing mixer with paddle attachment is preferred)
- two 6 inch and two 4 inch cake tins
- kitchen scale (recipes provided are in grams)
- baking paper
- spray oil or butter
- scissors
- aluminium foil
- silicone spatula
- large mixing bowl
- an offset spatula (we used a 5 inch long and an 8 inch long spatula)
- frosting scraper
- turntable
- 10 inch cake board and a 4 inch cake board. A temporary cake board for 4 inch, this can be any size from 6" and above
- sharp paring knife or stanley knife
- wooden dowels or bubble tea straws (you can choose whichever you like to use)
- fresh flowers of your choice
- regular drinking straws
- floral tape
- edible gold leaf to decorate (optional)
